Flip tarp systems are the industry-standard for efficiently covering dump truck beds, end dump trailers, or roll-off containers.
Available in both manual and electric models, this system comes complete with a front-mounted roller bar and a tarp arm to extend coverage from front to back.

For optimal functionality, select a tarp width approximately 10 inches narrower than the front roller bar.
Typically, the tarp length should be chosen to be 2 feet longer than the bed it covers.
This additional 2 feet ensures comprehensive coverage of protruding cargo, while maintaining material on the roller for a smooth roll-up.

Our replacement roll tarp is crafted from our signature 11-ounce vinyl coated polyester mesh, offering robust performance.
The material's open weave design, being 55% solid, allows seamless passage of water and air, enhancing operation.
Its robust durability coupled with cost-effectiveness makes open mesh ideal for hauling bulky items such as wood chips, bark, or gravel, where moisture is not a concern.
Additionally, the open design minimizes wind resistance during operation, lessening potential damage to the tarp arm.

Our standard flip tarp boasts a classic rectangular design.
The front and sides feature a 2-ply fold over, known as the hem, for added strength.
Heavy duty webbing reinforces the hem's tear strength by an impressive 600 lbs; with an extra strip of webbing running down the center. The tail end forms a 6-inch pocket for the tarp arm.
This pocket is fortified with both the center webbing strip and the hem webbing for maximum durability.
Sealed with a double lock stitch bonded thread, this pocket has been rigorously tested to surpass the performance of welded pockets.
Five robust grommets are precisely installed along the front hem, securing the tarp to the roller bar effortlessly.
