The majority of flip systems advise selecting a tarp width that is 10" narrower than the front roller bar for optimal fit and function.
Typically, the tarp length is purchased 2' longer than the bed it covers, ensuring comprehensive protection.
The additional two feet of length adeptly covers any cargo protruding above the top rail, with extra material on the roller to ensure smooth, precise rolling and unrolling.

The front and sides of the tarp are folded over, creating a durable 2-ply thickness known as the hem, for enhanced strength and longevity.
Heavy-duty webbing boosts the hem's tear strength by an impressive 600 LBS. For added reinforcement, an additional webbing strip runs down the center. The tail end is thoughtfully folded to create a 6" pocket for easy tarp arm passage.
This pocket benefits from the reinforcement provided by the center webbing strip and the sturdy hems, ensuring it stands the test of time.
The pocket is expertly sewn closed with a double lock stitch using bonded thread, rigorously tested to outperform welded pockets in durability.
Five high-quality grommets are meticulously installed across the front hem, ensuring secure attachment of the tarp to the roller bar for steadfast reliability.
